It's going to be a LONG season.

We won. But that's the end of the good news. It was an UGLY game. We played Samford, a Division I-AA school. The final score was 28-24. It should never have been as close as it was. If this is the way our team is going to play the rest of the season, our first win may be our only win. Here's hoping we can turn things around in the next game.

Regardless of how our team plays, we always have a great time tailgating! I didn't get too many pictures this time - I think I was too caught up in the excitement of the first game of the season. I'll do better next game. Pinky swear.

The Mister hasn't agreed to let me share his beautiful little face on the blog yet. I'm working on him. So here's half a picture.

I think we're expressing our displeasure with the Knights' poor performance. And obviously our dorky sides.

So, there you have it. That was our Saturday. The next game is an away game and not on tv (boo), but I'll be back with pictures from home game #2 in two weeks.
