Thursday Morning Thoughts

I would make an awesome SAHW. (Stay at Home Wife.) It's a real thing, I swear. At least it will be once I convince my husband to let me stay home while he works!

I'm working from home today. (Actually, I'm not working, I'm learning. I'm watching a live webcast of an 8 HOUR legal education course. Holy boring-ness Batman!) It's 9:00am and I've done two loads of laundry, changed the sheets, done the dishes and sent my husband to work with homemade pumpkin muffins for his office party. I rock!

Figures. I finally find something I'm good at and the pay is crap.

Sounds like a fab day at home.

I keep trying to convince my husband that I should stay home, to which he tells me being a puggle mom is not a good enough excuse. Sigh.

I can relate...I think working from home can be way more productive! I broke my ankle this summer and I worked from home for two weeks...I know the intermittent sleeping bouts from pain meds probably wouldn't be a regular work schedule kind of thing, but aside from those naps I got a ton done!

Welcome to my life! I am a stay at home wife (thanks to the economy!) Cooking, cleaning, ironing, baking, laundry-you would not believe what a schedule you get into-hubs always asks, how are you so busy with no job! Hope you have a great day!

I love days off! I had one of those yesterday too. What recipe do you use for pumpkin muffins?
