Here's the truth: I sort of judge people who watch The Bachelor/ette.* It's so damn ridiculous. 90% of these people are on TV in a pathetic attempt to boost their nonexistent acting careers. The other 10% are nut jobs who truly think they might find love on reality TV. Uh, news flash - Trista & Ryan already did it. That was the one in a million chance that this crap TV show could actually produce a lasting marriage. Lightning doesn't strike twice. If you're looking for love, join Match.com.
Where was I? I'm sure I had a point...
Oh, right. Me being a judgmental jackass.
Here's the thing. I realized today that I have absolutely no right to judge anyone for watching The Bachelor/ette. Or any other show for that matter.**
Because I am over the moon, edge of my seat, super duper ecstatic for the premiere of the 3rd season of The Rachel Zoe Project.
Judge away.
I die.
Have you seen the previews? Tay gets fired! WHAT?!? Shut it down. That is bananas! Boy will I miss her sassy little face.
Half of the show has been Tay bitching about her job and fighting with Brad - wonder what they're to do with all the extra screen time this season?
And speaking of Brad - how much do you love him?
He's so damn cute. I want to put him in my pocket.
And of course, I love Rachel. How do you not? The woman's got killer fashion sense, a wardrobe any woman would die for, an adorable gay boyfriend and an uncanny knack for coining phrases. She's got it all. (Except about 15 much needed pounds.)
I cannot wait for tonight's premiere. Will anyone else be tuning in?
*I promise, I really don't judge {that much}. I just don't get the show. If you watch The Bachelor/ette, we're still friends - pinkie swear. Save the hate mail.
**Except The Hills. Because that show was just ridic. {Again, I'm kidding. Let's all hug it out.}

What happens if I watch the Bachelor/ette AND watch Rachel Zoe???? Does that make me the most shallow TV watcher of all time. (answer: yes. Is that okay?: Also, yes.)
I LOVE LOVE RZ! Can't wait!
Melissa - To be the most shallow watcher of all time, you have to watch The Hills too. haha I'm totally kidding. Have I mentioned I also watch Kathy Griffin and Wipeout? :)
Ahhhh, I die. Rather, I am die-ing over RZ. So obsessed!
This is hilarious. I confess, I still watched The Hills. I tried to justify it by noting how I only watch it on On Demand when it's raining outside, there's nothing else on TV and I'm hungover. Yeah, that doesn't make it any better, does it? ;) Enjoy your show!
I did not know Tay gets fired! More Brad time!! Love him.
I am eagerly awaiting the return of RZ and Co, without Taylor's whining ass-- I hope she's happy, wherever she is now. It must have been *torture* to have what seemed (to me, anyway) like at least an ok job... But really, yay extra Brad time!
Hahaha, you're hilarious! I am also a Bachelor/ette hater, but cannot wait for RZ tonight!! Brad is definitely my favorite, and although Tay made the show interesting, I think I'll love it without her just as much... she kind of made me crazy!
Its BANANAS!!! love the show!
I haven't seen it yet, it's on the DVR. But I have a theory about Tay...anyone who wears their sunglasses inside that often has to be popping fist fulls of pills a la Paula Abdul. Maybe that's why she got fired. The Hills used to be good...when it was called Laguna Beach...after that not so much. I don't get people who don't love Bachelor/ette. It's like the trainwreck you can't help but watch.
LOVE HER (and Brad)! I did miss the premiere last night because Netflix delivered a little something to my door called Gossip Girl. But the great thing about Bravo is they'll replay it a million times this weekend.
Totally in your camp about reality TV though. Other than Top Chef, Zoe, and Project Runway.
I am the same way about the Bachelor/ette. So ridiculous!
I loooooove cray-cray reality shows. The Hills, Jersey Shore, Real Housewives of anything... All good times.
And I do enjoy some occasional Bachelorette (although I outgrew it a long time agor) and some Rachel Zoe!
Did you notice that her new catch-word is "major"? SO ANNOYING. I much prefer "I die" and "bananas." Although both of those are also annoying. Eh, I guess you can't win.
But Demi Moore feeding a giraffe? AWESOMECAKES.
um i watch ALL of those shows and love every one of them. i am the reality tv queen! and yes i am excited for rachel zoe, it's on the dvr waited to be watched after many other hours of reality tv. i know the bachelorette/bachelor are b.s. but i still enjoy watchin that mindless entertainment :)
Oh I have to admit I am right there with you on the Bachelor shows and judge as well. It absolutely IRKS me that women feel so pathetic they wanna get on TV and compete for a man, like that is anyway to start real love anyway. GAG me. The view interviewed some jackass from that show today and he was so AWFUL and seemed like a terrible person.
*steps off soap box now*
regarding, bachelor/ette and the hills: AMEN!
though i've been guilty of watching both.
I don't watch any of that shit. Now, about this Rachel Zoe thing, I've never seen it and just recently became aware of it. I am assuming that she made up: I die, this is bananas, and shut it down???
Our journey has begun!… secretly though
If I’ve left you this message, you’re a follower of my original blog ~OR~ just someone I’ve happened upon while sending out these invites and that I would LOVE for to come along for the ride! Though I won’t be revealing who I am just yet – until we’re TO and THROUGH the first trimester! Just getting the word out about our new site – further explanation of all the secrecy and what we’re about on my first post. I’d love for you to stop by.
Exciting things going on around here!

to quote Stephanie Tanner "How rude". Sister and I love that trainwreck we call the bachelor/ette. Sad but true, tivo it and it just takes a moment or two to watch.
I'm embarrassed to admit that I watch both! I have a love/hate relationship with those types of shows. I realize that they're nothing more than useless smut, but something about them entertains me. :)

I agree "The Hills" is ridculous and I never watch the bachelor.. BUT the Bachelorette has VERY hot guys and its on in the summer when nothings on, so I'm thinking its an exception to the stupid TV rule :)

Oh dude, I cannot STAND the "reality" dating/find-a-spouse shows. I feel like half of blog world is obsessed with them and I've yet to see an episode and would gladly have the entire franchise die some lonely and trashy miserable death while I vigorously applaud.
(umm... I think I have some repressed agression.)
haha I was totally cracking up during this post. I watched bachelor/bachelorette for a few seasons but I don't really get why people still watch them! Things I'm judgemental about? Designer purses that aren't even cute but just have a monogram or symbol repeated.. Now I don't mean designer purses in general... some are AWESOME but I'm sorry something is not cute just because you put a C on it in every color of the rainbow!!!! (deep breath)

I don't watch RZ, but I'm going to start now! I totally missed out.
And I loved The Hills. All six stupid shallow seasons of it! I honestly felt dumber after each episode, yet I couldn't stop. Thank God it finally ended.
Rodge is also super adorable!!
