Y'all, I cannot lie. I love Huey Lewis & the News. I am beyond excited to see them in concert! And I am so grateful to my sweet husband who is going with me on this little adventure tomorrow. I'm not sure how much interest he really has in marine animals and Huey Lewis but when I asked if we could go, he didn't hesitate to say yes.* Though, come to think of it, I suppose the barbecue and beer garden was pretty good incentive. And the free tickets our sweet friend shared with us didn't hurt either!

Ha! That's awesome. I think a HL&TN tape (yes, I said tape!) was one of the first I owned - after Tiffany and Debbie Gibson. Have a great weekend!

O to the M G!!! My hubby loves huey Lewis!! Seriously, every year he tries to book them for the company Christmas party and cannot. Can't wait to hear how they were. Have fun!!
I was in a group that lip sang to Hip to be Square at a school talent show in the late 80s. We Rocked it, and I am sticking by my memories. The video proves it. HL&TN of course is the sound track to a trilogy of the best movies ever.
Life truly doesn't get much better than dolphins and Huey Lewis and the News!!! I freaking love them. I've probably seen them in concert more than any other band. Before my dad passed away (I can't remember if he was already sick or not), they came to Jacksonville and the whole family went... I was 12, brother was 10 and sister was 4 or 5. Haha, we had an absolute blast.
So jealous and hope you had so much fun. I want to see pics!
