About a month ago, I bought a day planner to help keep myself better organized. Previously, I kept my schedule on my office Outlook calendar, which syncs to my Blackberry, but I was living in fear of a technology fail which would leave me clueless and missing appointments. So I bought the planner and filled it with the details of my life for the next few months. I meticulously logged every every work commitment, committee meeting, doctors appointment, and function I had scheduled.
You know what I did next? I lost it. The entire planner. I kid you not.
That's what I get for trying to get organized. Fail.
